Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

  • Account info — your name, email, password (stored by Firebase Authentication; we never see your password), and business details you add.
  • Project info — what you tell us about your business and website needs, plus messages you send in the portal.
  • Contact-form messages — name, email, phone, and message when you contact us.
  • Payment records — payment amounts and status from Stripe. We never see or store your card number; Stripe handles all card data.
  • Basic analytics — anonymous page-view counts to understand site traffic.

2. How we use it

  • To run your account and portal, respond to inquiries, and deliver your project.
  • To process payments and keep required financial records.
  • To send service emails (verification, project updates, receipts). We don't send marketing emails without asking, and we never sell your information.

3. Services that process your data

We use a small set of trusted processors:

  • Google Firebase — authentication and database (account + project data)
  • Stripe — payment processing
  • Vercel — website hosting and analytics
  • Google Workspace / Sheets & Gmail — contact-form leads and email
  • Cloudflare Turnstile — spam protection on forms

4. Your choices

  • You can view and edit your account details in the portal at any time.
  • You can ask us to export or delete your account data by emailing us — we'll honor it promptly, except records we must keep (like payment records).

5. Security & retention

Data lives in Firebase and Stripe, protected by their industry-standard security plus our own access rules (each client can only access their own data). We keep project data while your account is active and for a reasonable period after, then delete or anonymize it.
